Proud grandfather of Tom Dowd, Megan, Lauren, Sean, Erin, Patrick, Maggie, Abby, Caitlin and Jimmy Carroll. Great-grandfather of 1. Dear brother of the late Margie (late Jerry) Pluard. Loving uncle of Jerry (Judy) Pluard, Debbie (Mike) Oksanen, Dr. Tim (Heather) Pluard and Dolly (Mike) DuPont. Frank loved his canine companions Cindy, Louie, Mac and Bo. Funeral Monday 10:00 am from the Brady-Gill Funeral Home, 16600 S. Oak Park Ave., Tinley Park to St. Joseph Church Manhattan, IL. Mass 11:00 am. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
