Robert E. Curran, 91, of Palos Heights, IL. Beloved husband for 67 years of Lorena “Jean” nee Blew; loving father of John (Julie), Paul (Valery), Stephen (late Cindi), Roger (Evelyn); cherished grandfather of Kristen, Sheri (Nick) Styczen, Jeremy, Rachel, Brett, Kellie, Greg (Megan), Michael, Amanda, Jake, and Luke; proud great-grandfather of Emmi and Evan Styczen. During WWII Bob served in the US Army Air Corp and was the founder of Meccon Industries Inc, Lansing, IL. He was a devoted husband, dad and grandpa. Family was everything to Bob. He enjoyed supporting his grandchildren in their athletic endeavors by attending many basketball, volleyball, baseball, swim meets and hockey games as well as tennis matches and dance recitals.
